Transport and Shipping Costs

 

Price of a single order has to be at least 7 €.

 

We offer you a safe transport by a courier or by post  (first-class / cash on delivery) to the postal or billing address listed in the order. Delivery date is within 1-3 days after the payment acceptance.

Jewellery is being dispatched each day when courier shipment and two times a week on delivery by mail. The delivery of the goods by a courier, courier will contact the customer on delivery date on a mobile phone number listed in the order. In case, that the delivery date is not suitable for you, you can agree on another delivery day with the courier.

 

When sending goods abroad, the cost of transport is calculated depending on weight and country to which the goods is being sent.

 

 

Delivery options and charges:

 

For Slovakia:

 

1. Registered mail – money transfer to our bank account in advance /order up to 50 € / shipment cost is at least 1,4 €:

       (The client pays to the seller's bank account the cost of jewellery + postal costs  in advance).

2. COD (Cash on delivery) /order up to 50 € / shipment cost is at least 2,90 €:  

     (Client pays for jewellery and postal charges when he or she pick it up at post office. In one total amount must be counted the price of jewellery + shipping cost including COD charge).

3. Courier delivery /order up to 50 € / shipment cost is at least 4,3 € - for COD from 6 €:

        (The client pays to the seller's bank account the cost of jewellery + postal costs in advance).

4. Courier delivery /order more than 50 € / shipment is FREE OF CHARGE - on COD is added to the price of goods + extra  1,5 € :

      (The client pays to the seller's bank account only the cost of jewellery in advance).

 

For Czech Republic:

 

1. Registered mail – money transfer to our bank account in advance / shipment cost is at least 2,4 €:

(The client pays to the seller's bank account the cost of jewellery + postal costs in advance).

2. Courier delievery / shipment cost is 15,60 €:

(The client pays to the seller's bank account the cost of jewellery + postal costs in advance).

 

For other EU countries / World:

* Electronic payment = payment by credit card (currently through the service CardPay Tatra Banka, PayPal and Moneybookers)

 

1. Registered mail – money transfer to our bank account in advance to our bank account

(PayPal) – The shipment cost depends on the weight and country. The exact amount to be paied will be known to you when finishing your order. The system is going to generate the price based on your jewellery order and country of shipment selected.

 

 

PLEASE NOTICE !!! – you have to check the packaging of the consignment and take it only if it is not damaged. Otherwise, it is necessary to fill in the protocol about transport damage either with the courier or post office. Mechanical damage of the product packaging has to be reported immediately on receipt of the shipment. Later complaints or sales return considering this kind of damage will not be accepted.
